It\u2019s not a good idea for them feel as if they\u2019re only as good as their last play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Often, if they perform or play in the morning, they\u2019re still half asleep. Once they start playing or performing, their adrenaline will kick in and help them <strong>focus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure to tell them, <em>\u201cYou don\u2019t have to win warmups!
